We are a Grace Church that teaches our identity in Christ we were sinners who have been saved by grace and now we are saints in Christ.
We are not Catholics, and we do not venerate the Pope or Mary.
By the way, O'Reilly, Hannity and Kelly are all Catholics
The big push in Chapter 4 is UNITY and we desire real Christ centered UNITY in Sutherlin, but we will not sacrifice Truth for the sake of Unity – that would be fake unity.
Mormonism - The Book of Mormon and The New World Translation (Jehovah’s Witness) is not TRUTH and is Anti -Christ
But Truth without Grace is not God’s way either as well as Grace without Truth is neither.
Pop-music and Pop culture is starting to use Jesus to be “cool” and yet it is a fake Jesus and a false unity (Ecumenicism) that is evil and demonic. The “Rainbow Jesus”
The most loving thing you can do is to speak the Truth to the unbeliever – do it in love!
Love is standing for truth and righteousness in Christ.
We are the Church – We have a responsibility. That is why we are here.
If you don’t know your rights, you don’t have any rights.
If you don’t know your identity in Christ and your gifts in Christ, then you don’t have any.
We need the church of Sutherlin to be unified in Jesus .
We each have our own unique style of expression and that’s just fine.
Change is inevitable and change may be uncomfortable but that’s a far cry from apostasy or sin. You might just need to stick it out and see what the Lord is doing.
He’s calling us forward and into battle. He wants us to engage and not just be “bench warmers.” Get going! God wants to use you if you will let Him.
We are entering into an amazing year of growth, productivity and change for His sake.
