A Lot of “One Another-ing”… | Not the Perfect Pastor

Satan tries to fool us into believing things that just are not true. To the degree that we believe his lies he will have us in his grip.

Thy kingdom com Thy will be done on earth as in heaven. Do we believe what He says in His model prayer? Lead us NOT into temptation but DELIVER us from evil! Can He? Does He? Yes!

He has given us power and authority over the enemy. Don’t be fooled and bullied. Know your authority and your identity in Jesus. Know the TRUTH and be free.

Our strength is when we know who we are and we all stand in that, together. We are a unified body and that is terrifying to the kingdom of darkness. The enemy will do all he can to divide us and keep us from that unity. We are tremendously gifted and when we work together, we are mighty.

You no longer have a sin nature it was eradicated in Romans 6:6 and other places and now you are mighty in Jesus, and you share in His divine nature 2 Peter 1:4. Therefore you have power and authority to overcome the darkness and stand for righteousness. You are no longer a slave to sin and death.

Our local churches are filled with people who are saved but they do not know and believe their identity as mighty saints of God, so they are sadly no help to the kingdom of God and His heavenly visions for Sutherlin and beyond. And, sadly, they will fight you on this issue and label you a heretic if you try to say you no longer have a sin nature and that you are free from the bondage of sin.

To live is Christ and to die is gain. As a spirit filled believer who knows their identity, I am alive and enjoy every day that I get to shine the light of Jesus. Find and walk in your purpose every day. Watch what the Lord will do in you and through you each day.

All things work together for good for those who love God and are called to His purposes.

Satan roams around like a roaring lion, but he is toothless in light of the power of Jesus which lives in you.

The One Another’s of Scripture – pass out a flyer that lists many verses on this.

Romans 12:10 Be devoted to one another - honor one another …what do these mean? Devoted carries with it the meaning of deep, brotherly, familial bonds of love that are not easily severed. It is as deep if not deeper than family…we are the family of God. Ephesians 4:4 reminds us that we ARE in fact one body, one hope, one spirit…

Honor one another above yourself – esteem one another, value,

When a church undergoes a split or a tearing apart it goes against who we are and against the entire idea of being devoted to one another or to honoring one another…that is the devil at work I our midst. It is NOT of the Lord….

We look at what cause church division and how it is that we have come to embrace the “Grace” gospel of the idea that we are in Christ and no longer have a nature. We look at how divisive it can be to simply teach exactly what the bible teaches without falling for the social, cultural, western view of what happened at the cross. This is our journey…
